u do not need to staple it. use paper clip on that location. and send one photo of each family member to CIO.

@ Nimmi.... Yes, Ofcourse. we should not have any ambiguity in our case. nor we should let the VO call again and again for the missing documents. I also provide (FRC) Family Registeration Certificate in this section issued by NADRA and verified by MOFA. How much your documentation is complete?

I sent the id cards for me and spouse in the " identity and civil status documents" section. And i think that it is necessary to provide them with the application. So they are not optional. What u think?

@rabia... It is not a big issue. i do agree with usman.. Just to the univesity secreacy. They will attest your transcripts( usually "controller of Examination " ) and then from the registrar office put them in the sealed envelop. They will do it. because I did for my self from " University of...
