Hi jitz It depends on your visa office. Luckily if your visa office is New Dehli then it will change in a month but if your visa office is london or buffulo then it might take 4-5 months to be changed into In process..

Both the file numbers will work. 2nd file number will be sent through post. in very rare cases it is sent through e-mail. 2nd file number will be sent in response to the receiption of your full application in the local visa office. Hope it helps

Hi, You don't need to send it with the application to sydney, NS. You will send it with the full application package to Visa Office after your approval from Nova Scotia.

Hi Shibuya.. Estatus is the same(Received by visa office) for both the file numbers provided by i.e. CHC,london and CIC,sydney. I looks like there will not be any change till the end of april.
