at what stage do i need to send employment letter? Is it with the application set to Sydney or at a later stage?

Hi,
You don't need to send it with the application to sydney, NS.
You will send it with the full application package to Visa Office after your approval from Nova Scotia.

No when sending to sydney you don't need to send ANY document except photcopy of the principal applicant's passport. You will need to send employment letters and all other documents to your local visa office once you get the AOR from sydney
