Sponsor should do. MP does check if you are in his constituency if yes he will contact chc for you and if not then will suggest to contact your local mp.

Hi i did MP query but i never filled any form. Just mailed my MP with my file details. i did query couple of time and last one was yesterday. i got response in 24 hours.

Just received reply from NDVO for Mp query, stating no change in the application since july and waiting for the initial review and wait till nvdo contacts the applicant. This is ridiculous. Did not open the files even after reaching end of process time >:(

REquest letter you are talking about is as per the checklist or did you any mail particularly addressing the applicant. If the request letter issued addressing to the applicant who require PCC then it does not need to signed and will accept it. if it is general request mail then they wont accept it.

There are many fake consultancies/companies in india most of them are in metropolitan cities. now even they started advertising they have ICCRC agent working them where as actually they dont.

If you are staying in a country for 6 months or more CHC requests for PCC. you can collect it upfront and submit along with initial application if china PCC requires the applicant to be physically present in china. if not then get it once you get a request
