I am still waiting to find a similar applicant who didn't pay RPFR upfront and paid it later.

I submitted on 23 July but in my case RPFR was paid on 29 July so don't know how long it is going to take.

I have tried this. The call works and it gives your online status but whenever it reached the stage of transferring the call to an agent it said the call volume is too high so cannot place me in the queue and got disconnected. I read somewhere if you call them early, like 8 AM canada time you...

There was a case a few pages earlier on this forum where someone requested passport withdrawal and surprisingly they processed his visa quickly and sent him back the passport with Visa and online status also updated to approved.

They have mentioned in their automatic response that they won;t respond to queries asking for status of applications within normal timelines which apparently must be 1 month. assuming no one is getting responses. Interestingly when I received my PPR I sent an email to them asking the process...

You have to send exact with one photograph having stamp of photo studio, date, name and date of birth on the back side. Most studios also know about these procedures.

Received acknowledgement from IRCC that they have received my RPRF and processing it now. Seems it will take 2-3 weeks more for me. (Submitted passport on 23-Jul-17) :(

Still looking forward to someone who paid RPRF later in the process to see where they stand in terms of the process. Looking at so many people who had paid RPRF upfront and submitted passports around 23/ 24 July still waiting for passport, don't know how long it will take for me. :(

Did others also Is it confirmed that online account shows approved first and only then passport is dispatched.
