I think a lot of people from Feb to May 2020 are in this exact boat, with Criminality In Progress and Security Not Started :/

I don't think you should be ordering the notes through CBSA, CBSA is border control. You want the notes through the Immigration department. This will show you the officers notes and what has been processed in your file.

My friend who applied in August just got hers today! Like I'm so happy for her, but at the same time, I've been waiting since last April, and she had barely any issues, barely any worries, just so unfair :/
