I received some advice to schedule the medical exam on the day or very close to the day you plan to mail off the application. The exam results (like so much else in the application packet) are time sensitive.

Thank you. I appreciate the advice. I did end up pulling the photo off of the page (thereby tearing a nice hole) and then rewriting that page of the application. I'd rather rewrite a page now, then deal with minor hassles later. Cheers!

I received today in the mail what I hope is my FBI clearance envelope. I have heard that if I open it, then it is not longer valid. How can I be sure that this is the clearance and not some request for more information? It is an A4 (Letter paper) sized manilla envelope and when I hold it up...
