In terms of the SINP, you shoud go to thier website to enter their own pool and wait for being invited. They tend to invite candidates who had low CRS but had several years of working experience

Just consider whether the officer received the reply or not. What is more, the employer could send the confirmation email again if it is possible

I believe that they are issuing the nomination. Your nomination could be issued this week. You just check your email and double-check whether your employer received any employment confirmation by email or call.

I think that maybe the CRS is less than 400 and EE profile created on 29 Oct. I do not think I have more chance to get the NOI.
