You can only apply for open work permit, if you applied inland. Express Entry is a different category than family sponsorship and I believe you can't apply through it, since you're already doing a spousal sponsorship.

I think Warsaw tends to send AOR2 most of the time. It takes a week or two to get that email after SA email.
