Why have you guys send your documents before acceptance? Their website clearly mentions original documents will be asked when accepted only. Or its just for Masters that you have to send documents while applying?

People mostly go for 2years program to obtain 3 year Work Permit. 1 year program will give you only 1 year Work Permit
If compared to BC and Ontario I'd say YES. But Manitoba and other states have also good PR policies.
Namratha which jobs are you talking about ?
Like if I go for bachelors I believe 4 years will be enough to learn French & people say part-time jobs don't require one to be bilingual.

According to CIC you have to show 1 year tuition fees I assume it will be around 16k for you and 10k+(first year living expenses) so in total you have to show is $26000 minimum. So 41k is perfectly fine
