The cost of my program is $35,450 for 18 months and my bank statement is $41,000 last six months
will that be enough ?
*Also in the application form there is a question asking about costs of tuition, room and board , other ?
What does "room and board, other" mean ?

According to CIC you have to show 1 year tuition fees I assume it will be around 16k for you and 10k+(first year living expenses) so in total you have to show is $26000 minimum. So 41k is perfectly fine

Yes.. He is right. $41k would perfectly be fine and 'other' means the cost of books and your travel which you can give an estimate like $3k.
