Yes, your assumption is right , my second got updated on 2nd feb and I received MR by feb 26th . Next week I guess you will get it too.

It took almost 4 weeks for me to get MR after the second line update.

Extremely glad to inform that I have received MR/RPRF/ PCC request from NDVO at 1:05 PM IST today. August 8th applicant NOC 2173 Second line updated on Feb 2nd 2015 stating " We have starting processing your file on Jan 30th 2015."

I am still waiting for MR with the below timelines.So I guess it will take sometime before we get MR. App Received at CIC : 8 Aug PER : Dec 1st Second Line Update - Started processing file on Jan 30th

Hi Abhijeet , it is not mandatory to get the highest degree evaluated. I have B.E and an MBA. However as I knew my MBA college was not recognized by WES, I submitted only BE transcripts and points were allocated accordingly.
