You can flagpole and change the employer in the closed work permit , that will save time as online/paper application can take a considerable amount of time. You do not require a LMO as you already hold the closed work permit. It is not good to hide information instead get your work permit...

If I fill out the "use of representative" form, do the representative(partner) & I have to sign it and then take a printout/scan for submitting the application online. For all other forms, I understand we can electronically sign so the form does not have to have a signature - please help!
