In fact, I think it can be less than 1500 since TR to PR was launched in May and the report only has data till the end of May. Also, it's not 8 months but rather 4.5 months (July till mid-Nov), since the data is till July 6th 2021.

That is not a problem. If you have applied online then your file goes to delhi most of the time. But when you submit passport to the nearest VFS center (i,e Chennai), then it goes to its associated embassy (i.e bangalore). Dont need to worry about that.

If you are talking about client information (Where you submit marksheets, sop, ielts score etc), it will not be in the optional documents section. It will be just above that.
