    Got my Pr in Halifax through NSNP, moved out of the province the next month. Got my citizenship in 3 years after that. Moving out of a province does not impact your citizenship chances.

    Check for processing time. It's around 120 days from India. I applied for my parents in Jan, biometrics was done the next day but no response till today.

    Contact your college and join in the next semester. Asap. Give them a genuine reason for not joining then and why you would like to join now. Ask them to send an offer letter for the next semester which usually starts in May.

    Application sent Aug 27 2021, Medical and biometrics request received in November. Medical done in November, Biometrics on 3rd Jan 2022. Passport request received on 12 Jan 2022.passport sent 15 Jan 2022, Recieved COPR on 26th Jan.
