To be perfectly honest, I have no clue because I used a rep and didn't have access to the GCKey, so I wasn't able to see the message that sponsors usually get about the application being transferred to a local visa office. The only message/notifications I did get were from the Ottawa office.

your file must have gone to Ottawa then. they process it fairly quick. My wife's application was sent to New Delhi VO , 2 months since medicals passed, still nothing. Delhi VO is super slow.

It was about 5 business days for the medical to update on GCKey to passed. My husband then immediately got a decision made on ECAS along with prearrival letter. That was Christmas Eve morning here in Australia so we then had Christmas holidays to wait. He got his PPR on Jan 4th and COPR and Decision Made on GCKEY on Jan 21.

Application sent Aug 27 2021, Medical and biometrics request received in November. Medical done in November, Biometrics on 3rd Jan 2022. Passport request received on 12 Jan 2022.passport sent 15 Jan 2022, Recieved COPR on 26th Jan.
