Why dont you use a credit card to avoid further delay? If you dont have one, pls use your friend's cc. It will be much faster than DD (DD should get encashed and it takes atleast 4 weeks as per forum) Just a thought!

Yes, many people said that their RPRF DD encashed. It took 3-4 weeks to encash as per the forum. How much you pay in INR ?

Courier guys wont accept a PO box delivery address. You need to remove PO Box. I have read this in the forum and the same thing happened to me when I approached DHL
