Whether he can get a job or not after immigrating is irrelevant. The Ministerial Instructions are clear that the "job requirements" portions of the NOC descriptions are NOT used to determine eligibility, ONLY the job duties portion (including the lead statement). The ONLY exception is for regulated professions like doctors, which require the applicant to have the degree necessary to enter that profession and whose degrees are assessed not by WES but by the specialized licensing bodies relevant to that profession.

Not to mention, 4011 covers University Professors AND lecturers. I suppose one could be a lecturer without a masters. But again, it's not relevant. If he meets the minimum requirements stated for the FSW program and makes the pass mark, he can apply under 4011 with just the bachelors.

Hi Seniors,

I have taken fixed deposit for 9lacks and Bank people saying there is no statement for Fixed deposit.
Incase VO request the bank statement how can I provide, Or they will ask the latest balance at that time.

VO directly call to bank or they will ask us the latest proofs bank at the time of BG verification?

Please suggest.

dear request your bank to issue balance certificate for you..they will issue for you..i got balance certificate from the bank for fdrs..
take photocopies of your fdrs signed and stamped from branch manager
i have attached balance certificate
photocopies of fds signed and stamped
bank statement for 6 months..


usually visa officer avoid verification via call..they usually verify in suspicious case...if they required more authentic proof they will ask to submit latest statements ..

I AM 12TH MAY 2014 APPLICANT ..VISA OFFICE NDVO..NOC 0112..HOW FAR AM I FROM GETTING MAIL FOR MR,PCC & RPRF??

AM QUITE CONFUSED ABOUT THE WAY THE THINGS ARE MOVING AT VISA OFFICE ..
IS NDVO CURRENTLY CLEARING UP BACKLOG OF THE HOT NOC 'S ONLY & PUTTING ASIDE THE FILES OF COLD NOC'S LIKE NOC 0112..
APPRECIATE UR KIND REVERT..

The address should be the card holders billing address. It doesnt matter on whose name and address you pay bills but you will need to send the receipt filling with your information. In my brother case we used sisters card to pay from Canada, the benefit is you dont pay any commission and exchange rate.
