Also stucked in Photo in review with IRCC since I received eCOPR on June 30. PR card not arrived yet. Linked the applilcation back to IRCC and it is still showed "Submitted". Just sent an email to that address that noticed me about COPR and hope they will return me with some GUs later.

Not yet. I assume that the PR card is already on the way. However, it shouldn't take that far to deliver as my virtual landing unit is in Vancouver and I am living in Burnaby, BC. Do you think we should make another call to IRCC?

I worked as soon as I applied for PGWP. I just put my work experience on the profile without additional LOE. Here I just got CoPR.

Got my PR portal email on June 28 then received eCOPR June 30. VO - Montreal Address is approved but photo is always in review with IRCC. Seems like PR card should be on the way as many mentioned that PR card received while photo is still reviewing on the portal.

Mine was 6/28 background check passed then sent me PR Portal Email on the same day. eCoPR was the next day after I submitted profile picture.

Is there any restriction if I try to re-enter Canada after I received PWGP inland? Tried to search on IRCC but it just says about needing an employment proof for getting the PGWP upon arrival. Not much information for PGWP holder.

Mine application didn't show any update of biometrics until the day before I got PR Portal Email. As long as it shows enroll info on top right block then you are fine. Don't worry about application detail part.

CEC Inland no LMIA Visa. No dependant. Single without any relative in Canada. Education is foreign bachelor's degree + local 2yr diploma degree.
