Obtain EE application number for BCPNP

My friend is working on submitting profile on BCPNP.

There is a question that requires Express Entry application number.

However, her current CELPIP-G test result is 4 5 6 6 that neither FSW PNP or CEC is allow to create profile.

BCPNP SI minimun CELPIP-G is 4 and she is eligible to apply SI.

In this case, how to obtain EE application number and fill it on BCPNP profile?

If she isn’t eligible for Express Entry she has to go through another BC PNP program like the Skilled Worker stream. She can’t apply through EE.

Seems like she chose the wrong stream.

Should be Skills Immigration - Skilled Worker instead of Express Entry BC - Skilled Worker.
