Congrats bro, ECAS usually gets updated a weeks after the PPR email.

Both of the streams are having similar timelines. But considering the recent timeline of 6 months (min) for AINP nomination; I personally feel CEC is better.

did you check with your clinic if they have already sent the results to CIC? I would suggest all of the ones who have done their medicals to update if their results have been sent to CIC or not. It will give us a better picture.
