Dear Vict0r, Ur colleagues are right. U need to start with this two. To be more specific, start with WES as it is going to take time. By the time u wait for ur wes report, u can prepare and sit for IELTS. Once u get all these reports in hand, u will be able to apply for EE. Best of luck.
