Foreign work experience means any work experience you have other than in Canada, so of course you are entitled to claim points for this. All you need is to proper documents of your experience, so that you can present Canadian Immigration Authority proof of your experience if they ask.

Its not only about score. Its about increasing chance of being enlisted in several pool. The candidate pool will be created according to NOC. So if you have ur profile in more than one NOC, there is a chance that ur chance of being including in several pool will be higher.

Of course you can. If you have worked in different NOC jobs, you can apply for all those NOC.
