Well I will said that the fact you married in Nigeria and file from Nigeria is the reason they sent it to Ghana as Nigeria correspondance ,but as of getting ppr from Senegal ,I can't confirmed that,may be other professional will talk on that side,but ibtjink she will get ppr from Ghana provided...
