I have a same BG status and when i called cic the lady told me that they are checking your documents. Right monow they're looking for my educational part and there is lot more to go. And my medical hasn't even changed. Its still not needed. So i guess the process depends on particular profile.

So i did it through lawyer. The confusion was that company shouldn't had advertised for wage enhancement from city. They should only advertise what they are going to pay from there pocket. So they asked to do the advertisement again with right wage and more websites. And apply it again from day...

:( lmia got rejected today. Applied on October 28. Service canada called middle of December. Now got rejected because advertisement wasn't done properly.

Keep calling them. It usually takes about 15-20 min before someone answers

I have asked my agent by all means and they are denying that they ever received my application back. Now fighting back and asking money won't resolve the issue. I need oinp to give me chance. That is more important than getting money back.

Got points finally!! Relieved!! Everyone just double check your answers for education in case the wrong option got picked by mistake. I didn't noticed until 6 days and now when I corrected them i got my points. Such a relief

So i had a mistake in my questions in profile due to which I thought was my points not adding up. And then I corrected it, still no change in points. Also i sent a technical error report for points. No answer or change in points reflected.

Yes i made a new profile on November 25 but extra 15 points never go added to my profile. Its all updated and submitted but no points so far. I'm just not doing anything as it will mess up more. If you find any solution do share please. Thanks
