i put my file under eds aug 2014 my work permit gt expired nw m on impiled status i gt a call from ainp regarding my status i told m on implied status and i have applied LMIA. i gave all the docs which they asked i didnt get any reply since 10 days ... THEY PUT MY FILE ON HOLD ? DOES ANY ONE...

when i called he told me be patient your file is under review by the officer... they will email you whatever the outcome is..... He told i have no idea how much time they will take........

if u call they will say its in process they are reviewing i just called today...... they will not b able to say how much time they will take to make a decision

i applied under eds international graduate category in august 2nd week 2014....so there's no chance to call them...

yes i have applied lmia but still its not 100 percent sure that it will b approved.... lets hope for the best

I don't think so avjot they are considering wp expiry date coz I have many frds who put their file under noc b they didn't get any call ? Their wp was expired ND they applied for lmia.... I think gurmeet is just lucky I heard tat first time

if you have applied for imia why do you want to buy new lmia ? i applied in aug 2014 ainp wp expiring next week i have applied lmia... you can work on implied status meanwhile you will get the result of your lmia? ONLY LMIA IS THE HOPE FORGET ABOUT AINP

same here i applied ainp in august 2014 eds int graduate... my wp expires next week but i have applied lmia before 1 month... if u already have applied for lmia why do u want to buy lmia ? ONLY LMIA IS THE HOPE ACCORDING TO ME... AINP NOMINATION IS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE.... YOU CAN WORK ON IMPLIED...
