I have a leased car in the usa that i am thinking of purchasing but haven't purchased it yet. Can i include that in the B4 form although its not technically mine yet. Also what would happen if i do mention it on the B4 form and then do not buy it. Would i have to pay a penalty for it?

I have questions about the whole B4 process. Do you have to own something for 6 months at least before you import it to Canada. What if i buy something in usa today and then move to Canada in a months or 2 months time. Thanks.
