I agree, We paid our first portion of the processing fee with the application, which was in September and we sent the other RPRF In January, both were paid online by credit card.. I called in mid February to make sure the second fee was received by the processing VO and it has been. No problems...

Oh yes Jdms, I agree with GOGOGO, that is a long time to be waiting, usually you dont get a PPR request until close to finishing up your application, and most ppl from what I've read are asked for passport and have it and their docs returnd within 2 - 4 wks. .. So you may want to check into it...
