Yeah I remember it, they treated their "list" like it was some holy book. Of course, looks like they just got more religious about it. :( I'd go down to TD and raise hell though. No reason why you can't get things moving. We've not experienced that type of delay from TD, but I do know in Canada...

Well, we got OHIP like 3 years ago, and we went into the TD branch physically to get an account statement (don't know the technical bank-based wording), signed/stamped by a branch manager, that had my name on the account as well, and that was sufficient for Service Ontario. Maybe they changed...

What does this even mean? Complicated how? "Step up" on what? I honestly prefer Scotiabank for the perks, but we've had TD ever since I came to Canada and the worst I've encountered was some random branch employee not knowing how to exchange US change back to Canadian following a trip to Montana.

Look, it's not that tough. Presuming you step outside the house, when you go the store and buy some nachos or buy whatever it is you buy, you use what's called a mouth, you open it, and words come out. There's no secret or magic to making friends.

That's not a service they do there.
