I think the best choice if you want to claim points is to send your history to one of the ECA companies and they will evaluate it and you will know exactly what this diploma represents in Canada education.

If you claimed points and your diploma or certificate is not Canadian, you need ECA report. If you claimed points only for one of your degrees you just need the ECA report for this one.

1 month and 15 days, at least they were fast. The problem is that when they find a reason to reject they don't review the rest of the application. I'm really scared right now, to reapply and reject again.

Yes, I will request my ECA and reapply. I have everything necessary (Canadian highest education, 1 year Canadian work experience, foreign experience), it's very unfair.

Yes, I selected 2 or more degree option and I got points for that. But didn't prove with ECA that I have 2 degrees, and my highest education is Canadian.
