Hello everyone, Just wondering if visitors visa is processing? I applied for my father’s visit visa back in Feb and still waiting on the decision. Has anyone got a reply from CIC for a visit visa?

I made the case myself and it can’t b perfect but i did my best to cover all the points. Yes i did attached a letter from Gyno that mentioned pregnancy. It is just a matter of few days. I will keep you guys posted. It might help other ppl when applying for a visit visa.

I never mentioned that he will be helping me in anyways with the baby. All i mentioned is he wanted to be here for the birth of my 2nd child as he missed the opportunity for the 1st one and his stay will b abt 4 months only.

Thank you for your feedback, I tried and b as honest as i can in the application. There is nothing to hide, and my wife pregnancy is a reason why he want to visit us. I know he will not be able to help but will b a big support.

Yeah i am going to wait for this one 1st coz my dad don’t want to stay more then a month or 2.

To b honest my parents don’t have very strong ties back home with only 1 married sister in Pakistan few properties and a family home. Yes my mom and dad’s all brother and sisters are in Pakistan.

My mom have a good travel history with travel to USA, Canada and Australia and never overstayed anywhere.

Forgot to mention, my mom have visited me twice on her supervisa and left in emergency on both occasions. Once she stayed for a yr and once for 4 months. Will this b a positive in my application as i have mentioned my dad is going to come with my dad this time around.

Never realized it might hurt my application but it is already done and documents submitted. Now all i can do is pray. Fingers cross
