Very hard to say. The fact that you mentioned that your wife’s pregnancy was a reason hurts your application especially if you said your father will be helping because your wife is pregnancy and when the baby comes. On a positive note travel to Australia is a good thing.

I have mentioned my mom will help as she already got super visa and my dad wants to be here to for the birth of my second child.

It’s still the fact that you mentioned that he was coming for the birth of your second child which may create problems. You will have to see.

Forgot to mention, my mom have visited me twice on her supervisa and left in emergency on both occasions.
Once she stayed for a yr and once for 4 months.
Will this b a positive in my application as i have mentioned my dad is going to come with my dad this time around.

It is actually positive if she has not stayed in Canada too long unless she returned to Canada rather quickly.

It is not about overstaying necessarily it is about making sure they have strong ties to their home country.
To b honest my parents don’t have very strong ties back home with only 1 married sister in Pakistan few properties and a family home. Yes my mom and dad’s all brother and sisters are in Pakistan.

Then you should be considering Supervisa. Wait and see what happens first.

My take on this is it's best to be honest and forthcoming with information like your wife's pregnancy, rather than hide and have them discover this easily-available information in another way. In my experience, the visitor visa category can be very arbitrary, and the reasons why they may accept or reject can be difficult to divine.

Props to you for your honesty, good luck with the application!
