I concur with your statement, PNP will not because it is based on the request of Provinces and not Federal. Those that will be flushed out of the system by the new law, if at all they will be flushed, will only affect those that applied from outside Canada/directly to CIC and not Provincial...

At least, you have IP already but I am still on "medical received".

I have a quick question based on the response above, is it possible to apply for GCMS notes more than once? I had requested for my GCMS notes in June which I received in July info on it shows as follows: App Rec'd: Feb. 27 Medicals Rec'd April 13 - Medicals passed - based on my GCMS notes...

How I wish I am also on IP like you guys :( Medical received since April, 13 but no IP, no DM since then. My understanding is that there is no DM without IP.
