    I concur with your statement, PNP will not because it is based on the request of Provinces and not Federal. Those that will be flushed out of the system by the new law, if at all they will be flushed, will only affect those that applied from outside Canada/directly to CIC and not Provincial...

    I am really worried because I am yet to get IP even though my application was received by CIC on Feb. 27 :'( :'( :( ??? :o I did my medical and paid my RPRF on April 9 but no IP since then.
