I don't like flying with PAL. Tried it once and may never do it again UNLESS it's business class. I'd choose Air Canada or Cathay. But make sure to check Air Canada's baggage restriction - I know they only allow 1 for economy.

I think it still stops at Vancouver so the port of entry will be Vancouver. My friends flew with PAL recently and that's what they experienced.

That was my logic too - not in the list; not required. But we never know with CEM, so in this case, giving them more wouldn't hurt (I hope).

Happy Hump Day friends! The PPR finally came and the long wait killed my excitement for it. Anyway, I got approved October 24 but according to the letter, CEM received the application on December 10. Wonder why it took that long. ??? I know this has been discussed but it's tough to check back...

Dan, we're still together.. No worries! Hahaha As for contacting your MP, I tried mine and all they said was my file is in Manila and within processing times. I should contact them again by July if there's still no progress by then. I hope you'll get a better response from your MP.
