I got the request email from cic. They wanted "provide 3 documents" But I am able to provide only 2 documents and can't provide 1 document. How should I do?

Hi! That was really old. My parents got my pcc on Dec 24, 2012. So They request original and Recent PCC. But I don't understand why they need 'RECENT'. I never been to outside of Canada since March 29,2012. (I came Canada March 29, 2012)
