They did not request canadian police clearance for me.
It is already in the check list for PNP's PR application.

You have to send, if you are applying from within Canada. Because you have lived in Canada.

It is not necessary, they'll ask for it in case they need it, otherwise they check your background themselves.

Hello, guys.
I got an E-mail 2hrs ago from cio and I have question.

> Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate.
Please provide an original and recent police clearance certificate from Korea, Republic of (South). This must be rec~~~

It meant, I need to submit ONLY KOREAN Police clearance? Or Canadian and other country, too?

I received similar email but for UK PCC. I understand that they only want PCC from the explicitly specified country and not from all others. How long did you stay in South Korea?

Yeah i only sent my UK police cert too as Canadian is not required. They do the checks themselves. They are the government after all

I was also requested for PCC from the US even though my stay there wasn't continuous, I was going in and out constantly since I lived by he border between Mexico and US.
