If you want to understand the trend, please go through this thread. This is specific for CEC Inlanders.

Don't worry..Yours will change soon. There is no specific trend for this change. Some people BG changed in 4 days and others it took more than 10 days. Since it is out of our control, we don't have any other option other than waiting patiently :)
Is that true? I thought there will be many applicants. Anyways, I'll keep you guys posted with my progress. Applicants with similar timelines are already obtained PPR yesterday. I'm just waiting for my BG to change. In worst case, it may be done before end of the month followed by PPR :)...
I have applied PPR with the above mentioned criteria. At this point of time, I'm waiting for my BG to change for the second time followed by PPR. I didn't see any issue to my application so far. my AOR is Jan 17, 2017.
Based on the trend, once your BG change back to IP from NA then you may get PPR within a week. I believe, you might have that email by now. If you are using Gmail, please check Promotions and Spam folders as well.
All the best.
I totally agree with you and I don't want to take credit for this information. I just thought of sharing it here as it would help many of us to understand the task which is happening behind the scenes.
