With the provided information it seems your R10 and Criminal checks are still in progress. They will change the BG status to Not Applicable (NA) once R10, Criminal checks, A11.2( Agent recommendation) are done. After that your file will be moved to LVO for final decison. Good luck with the process.

The only option is ordering GCMS notes to understand the insight of your application. I believe, you might already ordered them by now. Even if you order now, I think you'll get PPR before the GCMS notes delivered to your mail box. I suspect, security clearance might be eating your case time...
