For paper-based applications, currently people with AR date of Jan 2021 and Feb 2021 just received AOR or still waiting. Most people after Feb 2021 are still waiting for AOR. You may expect to receive AOR probably after another 4-5 months.

Police certificate is usually considered to be valid for one year. It seems that you submitted an expired one when you applied. You might be asked to resubmit one.

Actually that data is based on past 8 weeks. It does not reflect what IRCC officers did in the last week and are doing now since the data is most influenced by older data.

You were looking at wrong category. That is for study permit, not for work permit.
