Got mine back after just over 3 months, ugh. There’s a new version of the IMM334 form that came out in May. 2022. Make sure you use that in your resubmission.

Hi All I read on here that someone was worried about the barcodes being blurry on the scanned version of IMM344 for the online app. They added the original unsigned doc in the supplemental docs which has much clearer bar codes. Has anyone who applied online had this issue? Should I just not...

The sponsor did get a letter explaining return, which we have to include in the resubmit. One thing someone told me is that as soon as they see a mistake they stop looking. So even though other forms say complete, that doesn’t mean they are error free. Check everything!

Hi All does it matter where I get the medical evaluation once it is requested? Im Outland application living in the US. If I’m visiting Canada when it gets requested can I get it done there?

Their online system has some issues for sure and the instructions are not clear with electronic vs real signature’s. They said they were too busy? Yikes. It should be a simple addition for you though, hope they get back to you soon. There should be no need to fill anything out again. Police...

Oh from what I understand your app won’t be returned for this. They ask for the doc and you’ll submit it. I’m Outland online. I missed signatures which I believe is an automatic return.

I’m still waiting for mine to be returned too for same issue. I imagine you just have to attach The new forms but we will also have to go through and change the dates so they reflect whatever month it is. How long have you been waiting? I’m 5 weeks and counting.

Not for the online forms, which is why me and a ton of others are on here with the same issue. You can electronically sign several of the online forms . But not two of them. I only realized I’d done it wrong by coming on here! It actually says on one page of forms “you do not need to sign here...
