Online app returned. Tips to resubmit

Hi all, I’m Outland common law sponsorship. Finally got the online Application returned for not signing that one form and scanning it in. It took 3 months to get returned! And it just said ’incomplete’ on that one form, no details or anything. Please can you tell me your best tips to not get it returned again? Do I need to change all the dates on the letters and other forms? i know I need to update the employment history dates too. Please let me know your thoughts. Also the price increased April 22 so we have to make another payment again too.
 
Hi, I'm in the same situation application returned yesterday for missing electronic sign (i guess)! without clarification from ircc.
 
The sponsor did get a letter explaining return, which we have to include in the resubmit. One thing someone told me is that as soon as they see a mistake they stop looking. So even though other forms say complete, that doesn’t mean they are error free. Check everything!

Just to be clear - there are TWO forms that require a handwritten signature. I believe it's 1344 and 5532? The two forms that need to be uploaded, anyway. And I think 1344 might have an updated version in the last couple weeks? So make sure you're using the newest form. There are many threads in this forum about online applications, so be sure to do your research before resubmitting. Lots of us have applied online successfully.

thank you so much for telling me this! I really appreciate it. I have trouble finding online application info on here because it’s so huge. Where’s best to look?

Can anyone clarify how to sign forms 1344 and 5532 without being in the same country? I was thinking sign and upload, then my spouse sign and upload. Is this possible?
