Can you ask your manager to draft a letter to explain why he hired you? You can ask senior member for their experience as well.

I think we keep it for our record thr in case something happens. If the doctor is e-medical enable, they will upload it on the system. CIC will see it within couple days.

I received MR as well. I talked with my boss and neither myself or himself received a phone call from CIC.

I am sure you can do upfront medical. They just need you UIC #

You can't perform the Mechanical engineer position if you do not have background in Mechanical or related study (this is your NOC requirement). VO may raise concern, but check with senior member for advice.

No worries. Just stay calm. My application was reached CIO on Jul 7, 2014 and I have not heard anything from CIC except the RCMP request.

You have to report it to CIC any changes in your occupation. It said in the AOR email. I decided to go back to school last year, so I called CIC for their advise. They told me to inform Ottawa that I have changed my occupation. Would not hurt you to inform them.

I sent my RCMP to Ottawa yesterday and they received it today. I got the request to get RCMP from CIC on Jan 29, 2015.
