It is really tricky. Use Application number and last name, skip passport number, issue date, and expiry date using tab. The most tricky part is the total number of family members. Only consider the adult members of your house plus the person you are sponsoring.

Finally, I am able to link my application. Thanks everyone for your valuable suggestion.
