I would say 10 +1 year. High Secondary =+1. Then Diploma. I would highly recommend that you attach a letter with this explaining that you did 11th, failed in 12th, got admission in a diploma course based on 10th and you performed .[....?? fill that up]. Be truthful, apt and clear about everything.

Yes, as mentioned, E-CAS will not show anything with regards to CSQ. You can call the agents at MICC. They are very helpful and will be able to tell you exactly the status of the Undertaking application

PR card is the "best" proof that you can show to IO and the port of entry to prove that your status is that of a permanent resident and you do need visa etc. If for some reason(s) you do not have PR card and want to enter Canada, check this out: cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/travel.asp

Yes. To be able to apply for CSQ, you need to wait for the letter letter from CIC-Mississauga (this the letter confirming of the file +approval of the sponsor). You will be sending a copy of the letter and other forms are per requirement by MICC-Quebec.
