I have a bachelors degree holder and currently getting 120 points for education as per EE. If I do a post graduate diploma IN CANADA, will it be considered equivalent to a masters degree - in turn fetching me 135 points for education ?

According to EE point system, maximum points (110) are for the age 20-29. For 30 years of age, there are 105 points. Question--> While applying, If I am 29 years COMPLETED (that is 30 RUNNING), do I get 110 points or 105 points?? Please help!
