You need to consult a good genuine and honest lawyer ( hard to find though) , Canadian authorities do not entertain the individuals who have faltered in USA. As fas r as USA born child is concerned he is to be accompanied by the parents who are not inadmissible in canada, and if the parents...

It is never advisable to place any inquiries if the case falls within the prescribed time limit. They will always give u a standard automated reply which will be on the lines of the statement on their website. Stop contacting them if ur case is not 5 to 6 months old

Anybody from late aug got their AOR. ? Aor awaited

@ kartos Even better if no consultant is involved. Officers find thesr cases more genuine and real.

I am still confused about the AOR timeline....does it depend on the category or something else
