Do i need to give 6 photographs of all my family members with the forms? Just read the point 19 of document checklist - where it has mentioned to provide 6 photographs of mine,family members whether they are accompanying me or not. Does that mean i need to give photographs of spouse family...

Only type the address of WES on the university sealed envelope. WES will contact your university authority via Email or Fax. Make sure the contact email address of your university is operating. Best of luck

On Schedule A-IMM5669E, Point 12 - Addresses - My address is too big to fit on the given area. If i intend to type it, it won't fit. Can i hand write the addresses in the form?

I only notarized few documents like my educational certificates & experience certificates which were duplicates...but those were written on English.

Thanks mohondubai.. Do i need to notarized all the documents again or can i submit those 2013 Notarized documents? I have not done the PCC this year..my last PCC was issued on 31st March 2013..do i need to get latest PCC or the previous one will suffice?
