I have a profile up for SINP as well, u can create it stand-alone on their official website in parallel with EE, however they have different grading system, check how many points u can get as their draws have been floating around 69-70 +

Check their tweets & replies, almost every 5mins they post the same becuz they're getting repetitively asked about EE draws.

The document is signed and stamped on letter head .. would IRCC maybe call them to verify or immediately reject on grounds of suspicious / fraudulent letter ? Plus I have the UAE visa stamped on my passport.
