    Just apply for a study permit. Many international students are also legible for scholarships, and many colleges in the GTA offer them. Apply to your school of choice, get accepted, and get your study permit. From there tackle the financial part, and apply for whatever scholarships you're legible...

    It doesn't affect your case, contact IRCC/CBSA/IRB and notify them of the address change. Your appeal hearing will be with the Central region IRB here in Toronto. Then move!

    Every-time I call IRB they're very discrete about the scheduling protocol, and I don't get a straightforward answer, always the scripted 'we will contact you when you are scheduled to appear' .
