So i am Creating this thread to educate you guys on the medical Process.

the below information will be on the letter that is sent by IRCC

What must I bring to my appointment?

IMPORTANT: If you have a previous or existing medical condition, bring any medical reports, test results or prescriptions that you may have with you to your appointment. This may help reduce the time it takes for your application to be processed.
  • The attached Medical Report form (IMM1017E)
Yes Bring this along with you as the panel physician office will need information from it then they will give it back to you as they have their own.

  • Identification, including your passport if one is available. Proof of identity must include at least one government-issued document with photograph and signature, such as a passport or driver’s license.
Yes this is required and its important i did not have my photo card as i did my G1 the day before and they will take your photo card. ( so i took my PRTD).
  • Eye glasses or contact lenses, if worn.
Yes Please bring this.
  • Four recent photographs. You will need to bring these only if the doctor you select from the list of panel physicians does not work with IRCC via the eMedical system. Please check with the doctor’s office when you book your appointment.
Please ensure to use a panel physician to do your medical as they will not require a you to take four passport pictures as they will take the pictures them selves on the date of your appointment. ( so please ensure to call and double check so you can save money.
  • Interim Federal Health Certificate (IMM 5695) or Refugee Protection Claimant Document – for individuals eligible for coverage under the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP)
Do not depend on this as 90% of people are not eligible for this on the day i went and alot of people had to reschedule due to not having the funds its a good thing i always walk with money, this will cost you
  • $200 for the medical
  • $40 for X Ray
  • $15 if you want to see your results.
The office does not take CREDIT CARD they only take Debit or Cash.
